使用说明：
1、RJ TextEd 也提供了多国语系档让使用者下载使用喔 TextEd.exe 是主文件。这是多国语言版本，需要第一次运行的时候设置一下默认语言。
2、显示中文的方法：第2排工具栏里 有个abc(none)展开，add-on 然后选 language 再选中文。
